- So I've completed the form, what happens now?
- Your password will be reset to a random sequence, which will then be forwarded to the email address that you've provided.
- I'm told that "No user exists with email address: xxx".
- Looks like you didn't provide an email address for your account when you signed up. Don't be caught out!
- I don't like the randomised password that I have received.
- Once logged in, you're free to change your password to something more memorable. You can do this from the 'My Account' section.
